The APF’s heart beats to this moto ‘If we can teach one person to save one life, we save the whole world one person at a time'. We deliver hands-on, real-world emergency and first aid training trusted by families, workplaces, and emergency responders. Our training is practical, realistic, engaging, simple, substantially increasing confidence to act when it counts.
Australian Paramedic and First Aid Service (APF) was created with one purpose: to give people simple, honest, real-world skills that actually work when life turns serious. APF is built on frontline experience from Australia and overseas, shaped by years of paramedic work, fire and rescue, teaching, CBRN and emergency response. We keep training calm, clear and back-to-basics, because we believe confidence saves more lives than complexity ever will.

Being first on the scene as a paramedic has shown us the real cost of not knowing what to do in an emergency. We’ve seen families endure unnecessary suffering and loss - outcomes that could have been changed with the right action at the right moment. That’s why we're passionate about teaching real-world emergency skills: to reduce devastation, preserve life, and prevent loss where it never had to happen.
Everything we do is community-focused, human, and grounded in care from families in their homes, to remote communities, to defence and emergency services or individuals preparing you for high-risk environments and scenarios. APF exists to help people feel steady, capable and ready, no matter where they are or what they face. You have to meet David, our Lead Instructor!

At APF, giving back is built into how we operate. 5% of every course fee is donated to a charity chosen by the client or participant, allowing each organisation or individual to support causes that matter most to them.In times of widespread hardship, such as pandemics, natural disasters, or war - 100% of proceeds from our online courses are directed to our active instructors, helping sustain them through periods when face-to-face work is disrupted. This ensures our educators are supported, connected, and able to continue serving the community when they are needed most.
